About the Role
We seek a highly skilled, full-time (40 hours) Paid Traffic Specialist to lead and manage performance-driven paid media campaigns for our growing, diverse client portfolio (Home Services, Professional Services, and more). This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital advertising, data analysis, and collaboration with external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee the performance of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and deliver comprehensive reports and in-depth performance analyses of paid advertising campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, focusing on leads, SQLs, and won opportunities. Create dashboards and provide actionable insights.
- Client Interaction: Participate in calls or virtual meetings with customers and our team during business hours (9 am - 5 pm EST) to discuss campaign progress and address inquiries or concerns.
- Strategy Development: Analyze campaign data and market trends to develop innovative strategies that drive lead generation, SQLs, and conversions.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with an external marketing team to ensure effective execution of keyword research, competitor analysis, campaign setup, and daily optimizations. Provide direction and support to enhance their performance and output.
- A/B Testing: Oversee the execution of A/B tests, utilizing testing tools and data-driven methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
- Process Improvement: Provide input on company processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Direct Intervention: Exercise full autonomy to intervene and optimize campaigns whenever necessary to ensure peak performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with the content team to create compelling briefs for new creatives, ensuring they align with campaign strategies and goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on performance.
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management platforms like Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Performance Indicators
You will be delivering the agreed work to the agreed standard and to the agreed time unless changes to quality and timeframes are mutually agreed upon.
KPIs include the following
- Meeting campaign goals per client, such as Cost per lead, Cost per SQL (Sales Qualified Lead), Cost per Won
- Click-through (CTR), Quality Score, Ad Position, Conversion Rate, Cost per Conversion, and others.
